Love their Sizzling Rice Soup 🍲 Hate that they are in Pantego because the water and tea tastes terrible!!!

Best Chinese I've had in a while go there it's worth the while

Do NOT go to this place! The men that work there are very rude! I'm from out of town and tried to use my debit card with no chip and he said it's not working and to come back. All because he didn't know how to use the machine! A waste of time and it was completely empty!

I drove by and saw this place and thought I really wanted to try it because it looks clean and orderly on the outside. It was delicious! Gotta try it. Except the water. Do not get the water. Pantego has terrible city water, I guess. They were very friendly and the chinese food was cooked perfectly. We had General Tsao's Chicken & Combo Fried Rice. I believe the plates are around $11-12, but it's worth it. They brought us out a delicious egg roll after we ordered. It was all crunchy and the leftovers were awesome too. They got us in and out. It only took, not even, 5 minutes for our food to come out. I will definitely be ordering from here when our group orders Chinese.

The service was great and very fast. The food was very good I had the combo fried rice and egg drop soup. I will go there again when I am this way again.

Me and my family have been coming here for years and years and the service and the food are exceptional! We live in Flower Mound and every time we are in Arlington, we stop!

I have ordered from this place a few times, I live less than 5min away and have always had cold food. The last time I ordered, the delivery driver got lost and took TWO hours to get to my house.. I was still charged full price and not offered an apology or anything. That will be my last time giving them a chance. The food never tasted that great anyway. I do NOT recommend.

The food tastes bad, it tasted like rubber, hard, not done right. My daughter eats everything and she wouldnt eat it. $35.00 for 2 adults and a child. I wont be coming back. Made my tummy turn and upset.

I will never return to this place. I ordered the kung pao chicken. The vegetables were not fully cooked and the chicken was tough (probably cooked too hot and too fast). I had about three spoonfuls. My appetite was ruined so I didn’t want anything else. The waiter brought my ticket and told me they gave me a discount. Basically, I paid $11.50 for water and a cup of hot and sour soup.

Have been going here for years. The staff are really, really nice, the food is delicious. They treat you like family.

Pretty good Chinese food. I've had better lo mein, my order was incorrect a couple of times & it's a little pricey for what you get; but it tastes good and the staff is friendly.

Ate at the restaurant today usually have them deliver. Always great food great service. Always willing to accommodate if you want an item not on the menu when possible

Good food here, this restaurant is amazing! The food is delicious, the service is great and the owners of this restaurant are super nice. Also, their daughter is often around, and she's so adorable you want to adopt her, like another review said.

This restaurant is awesome My two kids Alex and Tiffany grew up do you know I guess the lady Wendy and Tommy who are the two owners. And our favorite waiter named Bang and our favorite read first name Su my two kids Alex and Tiffany grew up do you know I guess the lady Wendy and Tommy who are the two owners. And our favorite waiter named Ben Who are good employees And my kids always want to chicken nuggets and french fries my favorite food is the crab Rangoon in the steam dumplings

I have not ordered take-out from Jade cafe in years. I feel bad to say , it was not good. We had 3 different items a beef, chicken, shrimp dish and all 3 were poor taste, texture, smell. Frozen from Tom Thumb up the street is better and I've never had a bad egg roll , until now.

The last two times I have order from here and have food delivered.. you over charge and do not bring what I have ordered.. I dont know what has happened to this place.. But I will be going some place else! Not to mention you changed you sesame sauce and when I asked for spicey you squeezed some hot sauce on top.. instead of cooking it with the pepper oil.. sounds to me prices going up quality going down.. waaaaay down!

They are always friendly and happy to see you. The meals arrive quickly (usually under 10 minutes) and very hot. Love the egg rolls!

Fried rice, orange chicken, and sesame chicken were phenomenal. Every local Chinese restaurant's chicken is low quality and grissly. Jade Cafes chicken was perfect and the taste was fire. Large servings also means leftovers!

shrimp fried rice was so bland ! & it literally smelled like raw seafood i gave it to the garbage

The only reason I give them 1star their food to nasty the portion's small it's like you can't find the chicken they cut so tiny a the portion's are small. the egg are hard in the chicken fried rice and they don't cook the shrimp in the shrimp fried rice and they just threw the pepper on top instead of cooking the food

Fast and friendly service, very clean family run establishment. I had the pepper steak, wonton soup and egg roll. All was freshly made, and very good. I have paid far more for Chinese food that wasn't anywhere near as good as this. They deliver, too.

You know what they say about first impressions. I eat plenty of Chinese cuisine and especially fried rice to know what is good. I ordered take out and just got shrimp fried rice and an egg roll. This is the very first time I've had fried rice which I wouldn't even describe as average. It was hands down the worst I have had. I wasn't really aware that fried rice could be less than average. It was either under cooked or is was just old and sat around for a while. I was also very surprised at the high price, especially in relation to the smallish portion. Any Chinese take out place I go to usually packs the fried rice in the container. This portion left quite a bit to be desired. But since it wasn't good, it didn't really matter. So with that being my first impression, I definitely have no need to try again. There are too many good places in this area.

Small Chinese restaurant on Bowen Road in Pantego. The food is very good and comes in generous portions. The people that work there are very friendly and make you want to come back.

The orange chicken is yummy and crunchy. The pan fried noodles with chicken and veggies in brown sauce very good. Good food and good price. My daughter liked the egg rolls.

I am very disappointed in Jade Cafe today. They behaved like they were irritated that they had to deliver. Then they forgot part of our order and the lady answering the phone and the man who delivered were rude. I have eaten at the restaurant before and the food had great flavor. My food today tasted bland and old.

This is one of my all time favorite Chinese food restaurant's. They have great tasting food at great prices. It is clean & the staff is friendly. Loved that I could go in alone & didn't feel uncomfortable. Good job!
